Keeping busy
I haven’t posted in a while, mostly because I’ve been keeping myself busy, which I’m actually happy about. the days have been full and that makes everything feel a little steadier. I’ve been going to all the Christmas mass a lot lately and helping out where I can, and before I know it the day is already over.
Christmas was nice. simple but good. I didn’t really have time to post here during it but I think that’s a good sign. it felt better to be present instead of worrying about updates or checking in constantly. I’m trying to keep that going
staying busy helps. it keeps my thoughts from spiraling too much and it gives the days some structure. the father has been very kind to me as well, checking in and making sure I’m doing alright. I appreciate that more than I know how to say.
